Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed from our Southern California facility, typically same business day when placed before our daily cutoff, and no later than the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship via USPS Priority Mail, with typical delivery within 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also view tracking information from your account under Order Tracking.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We reserve the right to restrict or decline shipment to any address or jurisdiction where the sale or shipment of research compounds is prohibited or restricted by law.

Packaging

Products are packaged to preserve integrity in transit, with temperature-sensitive items shipped using appropriate protective packaging. All shipments are discreetly packaged with no exterior indication of contents.

Shipping Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us right away and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
