Refund Policy

Because Anvil Compounds sells research-use-only laboratory compounds that require controlled storage and handling, we are limited in what we can accept back once an order has shipped. This policy explains when a return, replacement, or refund is available.

General Policy

All sales are final once a vial or package has been opened, reconstituted, or used. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered items for health, safety, and quality-assurance reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@paleturquoise-crane-581984.hostingersite.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, or if a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier and determine next steps.

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Include photos where applicable (damaged packaging, incorrect item, etc.)
• Our team will respond with a resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund — typically within 2 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary by payment method and financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund only before they have shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
